On this day throughout the world housing and tenancy issues are promoted and expounded.  Issues such as rights for tenants, affordable rental, and tenant participation in all matters related to housing highlight the universality of tenancy.

Urban tenants association of Kenya is a non - political society, dully registered under the  Society's Act, CAP 108 Laws of Kenya. Our mission is to legally contribute towards the welfare of landlords and tenants in our country.

Urban Tenants Association has the legal mandate and objective to ensure that there is quality, conducive, living and working environment within all rental premises, may they be residential or commercial.

Urban Tenants Association embraces the spirit of legal facts, practical guidelines for our landlords and their agents/managers to threat their tenants reasonably according to the tenancy laws provided by our statutes.
